proper way to place orders?

when placing a buy or sell order in the OTC-BB market should a person use all or none orders even if their commissions are the same for all executions that day? that is of course the same stock and the same side of the order.

also, since most investors of these stocks seem to buy and sell large numbers of shares at the time what is the best way to enter and exit a trade if you are buying or selling a large number of shares?

and last of all what is actually considered a large # of shares?
Thanks
Kent B.
