David,

I have never know a company to cancel an approved reverse stock split!! CEO states they did it in the best interest of shareholders. They imply that they have enough information to bring the company up on basic fund. Making money would have to be the primary reason for it to return to 1.00+ levels. Contracts and other items do not put food on the table. With money making quaters, P.E. is way too low. Even with $0.01 per share per quater would currently put the stock at a PE of 6-7. That is way out of line based on sector and growth which are the basis for PE adjustment.

Last quater they did $0.01, and paid in full a 1 million dollar liablity!!

I have read previous 10q dates and have noticed the prefered dividend has all but been removed. They realize maybe that supporting the stock and paying taxes on the money is alot better for everyone long term. Don't know, maybe the dividends were for liabilities.

Lot of news coming, earnings any hour!

Continue to do your DD
