Sig, MCI has announced unlimited Internet access for $14.95 for those with MCI long distance service. So I see this on Briefing.com today.

.......Gateway 2000 (GTW) 36 3/4 -15/16: Will offer unlimited Internet access for $16.95 per month to purchasers of a system. The company began Internet services in November...

Why do I feel this isn't going to be a big hitter for Gateway?

:o)

I told all you DELL bulls that this split could not have come at a worse time!

Let's see, $63 1/8 x 2 = $126 1/4, down $12 today presplit. Can anyone say $50?

How low can it go? Watch and learn!

Cheers.

PS--I heard CSCO filed with the SEC and it didnt sound too good. Maybe I should add them to my list of "shortages" along with INTC, ORCL, MOT, and CPQ? Anyone want to bet DELL warns within 90 days? People loved Western Digital at $50, now its $15!

''The bottom line right now is Compaq has nothing to lose,'' said BancAmerica Robertson Stephens analyst Dan Niles. ''All you had to do was listen to their conference call (Friday) to know they've taken aim at Dell.''>> Music to my ears.
