James i have had a 17.00 target on NTWK....It is in a flag pole formation, which is a very dangerous formation to play, especially if you are not on your monitor all day long...The flag is going to be formed, and I say the stock will attempt to touch 17 and then profit takers will come in....Would not enter it at this point...I would wait for consolidation...Regards, Mark P.S. With MDMD, I say its downward days are at hand....Would not enter long at this point... P.S.S. I have not calculated the exact total of overhead on SIII, yet, but if memory serves me right we have about 7 million shares to go... The pattern is 5 by 7.50....Target of 10.00 once we get my 7 million and we break 7.50....
