"As for Convertible Preferreds, I've owned them in other companies, and have stated correctly that: 1. The Convertible Preferreds will be sold mid-March. 2. They will be available for conversion after 2 years, if the holder wants to convert them at that time. 3. They will be issued out of already available stock. 4. We do not know how much of the $50 Million will be provided to ZULU-tek." The company will not even admit to any of this "on the record". Saying that you plan on selling convertibles and actually selling them are two different things. Not to mention, the additional supporting details needed to make any kind of valuation are not included. Neither company has 50MM preferred available. Unless they authorize more or the insiders sell. Already available stock? Available from whom? From where?? This is my last post. In order to keep my credibility I WILL NOT POST AGAIN.
