Jay, Didn't they buy a system from ITWO 6 months or so ago? maybe, not sure. The tandem is the order entry package. ITWO is not order entry. They tried to upgrade to SAP last year but failed. My whole point in bringing this up is that imo, at the immediate indication that the SAP project was a failure, if I were the CIO there, I would have initiated an intense Y2K migration project for the Tandem. Thats not what happened. Instead they decided to buy Oracle, and last I heard, they had no Y2K plans in the works since they would be on-line with Oracle before 2000, right? (never mind that the SAP project failed). For a company with the PE that Dell has I would expect a little more foresight than that. But as a sales engine, yeah I agree they are awesome. Michelle
