Hank, I bailed out of SPEH last week. Will re-enter when this crazy bull market weakens.

I think it is about time that investors work together
to pass legislation which makes it a serious federal
crime for Market Makers to Jump the price of a stock
up or down in order to steal money from small investors.

A good solution would be to eliminate the Market Makers
and have the computer match buyers and sellers.

I believe the founder of Datek is trying to promote
such a system.

We live in the age of computers and it is absurd that
we are still letting - even paying Market Makers and Specialists
to steal our money!

I seriously doubt that the big jump AMZN took from 77 to 88
was due to real market demand. If it was not due to
market demand then it seems a crime was committed!
