Good Evening Frank--- you are correct as pennies turn to dollars fast in techs. Dollar gains and dollar losses. INTC and DELL will be fine and will be higher through the year--- at this time there may be more down side on both. As this opportunity has been looked forward to for nearly 6 weeks it is best to see the bottom and buy on the rise. I never worry about the bottom 20% and do not care about the top 20% of any rise after a nice unwarrented pullback---- just looking for the middle 60%. Follows right in what has been said many times here--- protect capital... john
