Dipy - Thank you for your response. I have used Dynamic Asset Allocation profitably in the past. Whether it beats holding a simple index fund consistently is in question. I would be interested in your comments regarding the article on Dynamic Asset Allocation in the January issue of "Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities" if you have access to it. It seems to make sense to me.

I appreciate your well-thought-out responses on investment issues.

Regarding politics, I respect political leaders who must abide by the same laws as we citizens and who voluntarily live by the same moral standard as the majority of working, productive Americans who are responsible for leading, by example, members of their own family that they vountarily support through their own hard work. Above all, we need strong moral leadership in the highest office of the land.
