I asked Tom directly if the firm auditing the financials was Price Waterhouse, and the answer was yes. Zulu-tek knew they needed an auditing firm that was well recognized, with a great reputation, and when they met with Price, they seemed to be a natural fit for them.

I jokingly gave Tom a hard time, because of my association with a competitor. But the name Price Waterhouse gives me comfort. By the way, this was confirmed elsewhere.
