"Fear and Greed are powerful motivators!"

Jeff:

You are right, there are a lot of shareholders of ABMI out there with huge amounts of stock. Trading large blocks of stock is one way of making a profit, which in most cases will drive the price of that stock down. As AMBI begins to rise this most likely will be the case.

As this happens it will not create a problem for me. The reasons for this are as follows:

1. I believe in the stock. Given time ABMI is going to go up!
2. I won't let large traders of any kind push my PANIC BUTTON!
3. I use no more then twenty-percent of my investment funds for penny or new offering issues.
4. I usually average buy and sell.
5. I know where I will get out at both ends.
6. And lastly, I buy low price stock to make a reasonable profit, not to get rich.

These six propositions have served me well for the last twenty or so years. I will continue to follow them.

Your comments about "Fear and Greed are powerful motivators!" is right on!

Keep the good information coming. Even if I don't agree with everything that everyone says, I learn from it.

Thanks,

Bill Fortune III
