The company announces a recent staking through its wholly owned Mexican
subsidiary, Minera MGM SA de CV in the central and southern part of the
state of Zacatecas, Mexico.
Morgain has assembled these two land blocks in areas that cover base metal
prospects in similar flat lying stratigraphic and metallogenic volcanic
rocks that host the San Nicolas deposit recently discovered by the
Teck-Western Copper joint venture. The San Nicolas deposit is considered a
world class volcanogenic massive copper, zinc, silver bearing sulphide
deposit.
