The last news release was on Feb. 5. At that time the company's cash
position was $2.1 million. Between the cost of the pilot plant and
operating expenses there will be soon a need to improve the cash-flow.

Its MHO that a PP is in the making and that it will be done at near
current levels.

It is unlikely that results will be announced before a PP. At best it
will be announced concurrently but in actuality the PP would have
preceded the results.

I sincerely hope management wishes to prove me wrong, but I doubt they
will even try.

Further, I would also appreciate if the company would update its website
and include the financial results for the fourth quarter 1997 and fiscal
1997 (ending October 31, 1997) as well as the first quarter 1998 (ending
January 31, 1998). These are noticeably (but should not be) absent.

I'll think of some more stuff to get off my chest, but I like to see some
proactive action by management that shows some more consideration for all
its shareholders.
