Well, I've been to two places now, and CPQ's subs are doing well, at least in my area. Today I took my mother on her weekly trip to Wal-Mart, and I have to admit I was a little surprised to find the Compaq Pressario 2200 sitting on the shelf. $759, non-Intel chip. I asked the counter person if they were selling, and he told me yes, in fact he was out and the one sitting on the shelf was the last one. Tomorrow I might mosey over to the Office Depot and check out sales. Wal-Mart...can you believe it? Has anyone else done any checking with the stores in their areas? E.H.F.
