Most of the information is on microfilm since this is such an old case (1989). The case is still active though, with activity on 1/5/98 and 2/6/98, including the defendant (Asensio) trying to vacate the judgement. The court will copy and mail whatever you want at ~$1/page - but they don't take credit cards! The Murphys prefer to speak through an attorney since the case is still active. We (shareholders) are obliging that request and hope to have more information soon. The Murphys also OK'd KRY's attorneys, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, being made aware of the case (if by some chance they are not). Regards, Ken
