What makes you think He lied. Looks from here like he hit the nail on the head. Even Actrade hired hit man, Davef a.k.a. Mr. Burce comes over like a board member of ACRT. Only a shareholder, eh? Probably true, paid in overvalued shares on the promise of creating another FutureSuperstock pump and dump scenario. Davey will be riding sidesaddle on the lead camel with Rice.

To repeat, for the 4th time, Mr. Pink told me, in His infinite wisdom that the TAD patent is not enforceable according to lawyers He has spoken to.

You don't seem very bright, Mike, so let me explain. I worked my way up through the back offices of Wall Street and have been around for a while before learning the busisness from His Holiness, Mr. Pink.

There are many financial instruments created. Take for example LYONs or PERKS or CARS or any number of hybrid instruments developed by investment banks. They might try to copywright a name and maybe ACRT can enforce use of the name TAD, but as soon as a good idea comes up on Wall Street, a dozen othe firms do the same thing under a slightly different name.

It is the same here.

There is nothing so special about doing factoring using a post dated check. If it were profitable everyone would be doing it. I know enought about Wall Street and the street in general to know that.

Even the company brags that the market is so large that they expect competitors to emerge.

Why don't you answer me now about why their insurance was cancelled or why ricearoni's bankruptcy filing in New York City doesn't matter.

Now you answer me, Mike.
