Can someone please tell me what if any impact this may have on WIND?

Allen:
Sometime last year, when discussing other investment possibilities, you mentioned that you liked the prospects for companies involved in sensors and MEMS, and that you saw a lot of tie-ins (ubiquitous computing) between that area and WIND.You also mentioned at the time that you didn't see any particularly attractive opportunities that would meet your requirements of being close to a pure play and also having a better than decent chance of success.

Have you been following the recent action (announcements, trading volume increases and rising price) of Irvine Sensors, and if so, do you feel it now meets your investment criteria?
