Ed: Are you bullish now. Geeze, watch son play baseball, get revived, huh? And I was just sitting here waiting for your earlier predictions to come true so I could jump back in. It hit 26 1/2 the other day but I wasn't in a position to jump. Just a note for some "long term holders". Before tax season started, Jan 1, 98 to Feb 15, 98 I made good money day trading. Since then I have been forced into a hold and watch position because work comes first, can't watch the screen and deal. Also, since then my equity has been declining because of the lack of trading. It doesn't matter what stock, Nextel or MSFT, they have been going nowhere fast. What does this mean? It means that I believe even more that this is a game, guess where the big boys are putting there money next. If it isn't this, then Nextel must be selling PC's to Asia and we don't know about it.<VBG> Wonderbread, how about my question. If a person uses direct connect to 100 others, does everone on line have to pay for time used? All 100? Arnie: You quoted a formula for Nextel adds this quarter based on MOT delivery. Your computation did not include a reserve for defective units. Based upon several posts it appears as though MOT delivered a good percentage of defective units (i600). In addition another poster mentioned replacement units to existing users, that's not new ads. Don't brush this off so lightly, it means your computation is defective. If you want the stock to go up, buy 100,000 sh more, 1,000 at a time, each trade of 1,000 bid 1/8 more than the last. I guarantee you the stock will rise to meet your projections. Please tell us first, I'm tired of gambling.<VBG> yours truly Al G., lately throwing 7 or 11 after I set a number.
