Flightless, I'm not sure what your point is? The "article" you posted was a news release by Solv-Ex last May. In July, they were, by their own admission, considering bankruptcy: biz.yahoo.com Just a friendly observation - in your posts, you always sound panic-stricken and stressed out. Your insecurity with your investment in KRY is very obvious to many of us. If you were truly as confident as you pretend to be, you wouldn't be so defensive towards me and others who ask questions. If you really believe KRY can't lose, relax and enjoy the ride. Neither my questioning nor the attacks of "shorters" can change the final outcome if the "facts" are as you believe. I don't jump to conclusions based on rumours that are posted here. I will form an opinion in due time when I have had a chance to discover and digest the facts.

Does it really make no difference to you that reality has proven all the claims Asensio made against Solv Ex? The company declared bankruptcy, and was delisted. All of it's assets except for some specious "mineral rights" have been sold. C'mon now,the company was/is a SIGNIFICANT fraud. Barb
