Thanks for the reference. You're right, at least on paper it does explain the write-off situation. Bottom line, they had too much existing inventory. Competition came in with better prices and they got stuck. It's hard to imagine that they would get caught with so much existing inventory that it would negate an entire quarter.

At least we didn't close below 25. The next few days will be critical. Additionally, I'm still worried about a pre announcement on DEC or the market in general. Something just doesn't feel right.
