Good job, Mike. It will be interesting to see if and how Doug responds. The last thing we need are false rumors floating around out there. TSIS will do fine on its own.

Doug E a "BB Manipulator?", I think not. Nice expose though. One basic fact though... a newletter or "hype" artist always touts stocks that have already been inflated and AFTER a news event, and so when people "buy into the hype", the newsletters and "hype" artists are there to sell off their holdings. I made the call on TSIS and PHXU when they were "dead in the water", at the same price I bought them, and right BEFORE the plays got started. You might look on TSIS as a "long-term hold", but for me, TSIS is a stock promotion/manipulation play(because it went up 5X on the last promotion/manipulation) , and PHXU is a "news driven" play(because it went up 2X on the last news). The bottom line is that TSIS "is into play" judging by the volume just like I said it would be, and the only problems being a wave of big sellers coming in and the delay in the Form 10. Without the current brokerage promotion/manipulation, TSIS would be in the .30's right now, so long-term holders should be happy. And the bottom line with PHXU is it came out with news just like I said and is now 20 cents higher than my "Red Alert" and going higher today.
