Thread - Zonagen response thus far...

I called Zonagen early this morning & got a recording that said:

"....they are aware of the press release regarding the lawsuit but they have not been formally served with papers. No response at this time to the alleged claims"

- or something close to that

Dauntless,

Lawyers do this for the money, but I think if they have no case, they will have no settlement, and thus will have no money. The company will not settle if there is no case.

Also, there are laws against frivolous suits, so the lawyers can be endangered for filing a suit with no merit.

For these reasons, I think they feel they have a good case.

However, I expect we can all agree about lawyers.

There are 30 pages of accusations here of fraud and misrepresentation. It looks pretty serious to me.
