The Extraordinary General Meeting held in Vancouver
on March 26th, resulted in some major changes occurring
within the company.

93% of the shareholders voted in favor of the changes
taking place. Shareholders will receive 1 share for
each 12 they currently own and the name of the company
will change to Paletier Resources Limited. After the
changes are approved by the VSE there will be 1,369,612
common shares outstanding.
