Bob - re Dell: it was a real ice-water&steam shower for me. Fact is, being on the normal greedy side, I try to hold on to my investments for longer than 6 mo - reason being the profits are taxfree if realized after six months. Now Dell was way over this interval and I just kept saying "You greedy b... you". OTH where should a poor guy like me put the money into, if not Dell (g)? So...I guess I understand now better the bitter-sweet truth of the saying "It never hurts to take profits". And I will not take any yet ("You greedy b... you" g) .

Just can't resist the temptation to share this with you

PS: I bot DELL some time end of July (remember 97, ugh...). I kept asking you guys what would be the best time to buy Dell but you were all too busy shorting everything possible to answer. Then I realized FAPP-best (for all practical purposes ~) answer is "Now" - and I was right.
