Mark, Can you look at WCII. I think it is forming a double top @ 42 1/4. Also, where do you see support if it falls. Thanks K-Man

Mark,

Last time you looked at APCO, you were the ONLY TA/FA guru to
call the pullback to 6. Now APCO is steaming ahead to all time
highs, 10 5/8 today. I would be very interested in your thoughts
about where the short/intermediate top is.
