OBviously there is not way to check Ira's claim he is buying!

He probably already owns millions of the shares anyway. So
why would he be buying a few additional shares here and there
that wouldn't make a difference? Unless, of course he is a
millionaire and he is buying hundreds of thousands of FAMH,

Yes. In my conversations with the company regarding the buyback I
got the feeling that they really are more concerned with using the
buyback to get the price up to a fair valuation than they are using
the buyback to get a bunch of cheap shares.... besides, as Ira said,
the company is extremely undervalued right now so any of the current
prices is still a steal.

If they can get the price up to listing level then it will be better
for the company's future than getting cheap shares in the treasury.
