Unfortunately, Asensio was so successful in his slandering of the company that it lost all ability to obtain financing. This, of course, could never happen in this case because (1) we have the imminent(the string can't be much longer!) court ruling to demonstrate the facts to the world and (2) Robert Fung's raison d'etre is raising capital - KRY's ability to finance projects is extremely strong.
