Haven't you read his disclaimer? You can't manipulate if you admit your manipulating, can you?

I don't think it is a joke, Scott. There is a big difference between
recommending a stock either long or short, or discussing the merits and your own opinions, either long or short... and what pink has done.
The man has told blatant lies about this company, and it's management. No one was excepted from his slanders of their integrity and personal and professional lives. He and several cronies used viciousness and vulgarity to force anyone off these threads who happened to try and defend ACRT. Further, pink was intimately involved in the Ha'aretz article that came out twice at the perfect time to influence ACRT at technical junctures. Further, he, and Ha'aretz told lies about such things as the insurance coverage. These were blatant lies, and all it took was one telephone call to American indemnity to find out that they were lies. This is stock price manipulation, as defined by the SEC. There is a big difference between what pink did, and what anyone else has ever done on these threads before, for any stock.
