It appears 'cost consolidation' is taking place in TCT's move to Prescott, AZ. It will result in substantially lower costs of manufacturing, as far as I have heard from management. I have heard #'s of up to $500,000 USD per year in cost savings.
The facilities in Canada will probably continue because the company is selling specialty charge-air coolers into the oil and gas exploration market in Northern Alberta, and distributing other product into the rest of Canada. There would be no gain in exporting this product from the U.S. due to currency exchange, and freight to transport.
As far as their capabilities right now; they have the ability to double output without 'breaking the walls out'.
But, after that......Prescott, AZ.

cheers.
