My first question was written in humor
My second question is one of several plausible scenarios that might have happened. It came to me after reading the several dozen posts about how certain pharma mergers disintegrated due to clashing companies. More so, my question was to try to get a better understanding as to why there might have been an extension--to which we may never find out(unless it's already been posted and I haven't read the post yet).
