David,

Do you have any idea or guess as to when Osicom may make public the name of this multi billion dollar company it is partnering with?

Also, on the conference call there was this guy who was asking some questions about Paine Webber and Osicom. I had no idea what was he talking about. Do you know what was that all about?

Regards.

David, at th December stockholders meeting either Par or Xin stated very clearly that their goal was to add about one GigaMux customer per quarter. This sounded disappointing to me until they clarified that each customer is an ongoing relationship. With Brooks Fiber planning to build in 50 cities, I see what they meant. This goes along with what you've been saying re: testing requiring a few months prior to any orders.

I'm also anxious for the multi-billion dollar partnership to either be identified or start adding sales. Ditto for IQX and Net Arm.

By the way, the NASA situation is very common. I've seen many cases where the government will take delivery of a useful product for testing, which sometimes becomes permanent use, but continues to be called testing. As explained in the conference call, FIBR gained significantly from the symbiotic relationship. NASA has millions in testing tools and they represent a great test bed, plus free test staff for FIBR. FIBR gained significant knowledge/feedback that helped them improve the GigaMux. That's why they'll continue the relationship as changes or additions are made. Both benefit.
