Dear Skeptic: I agree that it is difficult if not impossible to estimate the fair value of this stock. That is because this is for all intents and purposes a NEW COMPANY. Its business is STILL EVOLVING. Another point which has never been directly mentioned is what is the GOODWILL value alone just for the CUSTOMER LIST. For a company this CURRENT size to have such a STELLAR list of customers is UNHEARD OF in my experience. I am not hyping I am just stating the KNOWN facts. The big UNKNOWN is what do the future OPERATIONS expect to gain from this stellar list, this product with no known competitors and what I believe at least is this excellent management team. IMHO it will be AT LEAST 2 YEARS before we get a handle on where this company is headed. But AT THIS POINT all signs look VERY GOOD. I think that we are in the right place at the right time with precisely the right product and the right management team to capitalize on the unfolding events. JDN

<< Everything I have posted is reasonable. >>

Pretty funny Skeptic. The main point is that you should let others make that assessment, no? Secondarily, several of your posts have been unreasonable IMHO. Your claiming that y2k earnings for TAVA should be accorded a PE of 1 is one of them. Your argument that Siebe/Wonderware was competition for TAVA--given the evidence available--was another.

However, your asking for a valuation model for TAVA is certainly reasonable. I don't have one yet that I'm willing to commit to print. (A lot of it depends on CD and other high gross-margin revenues.)
