While hardware companies cut each others throat and internet stocks continue to go up on little or no profit.

Trend is buy cheap computer, log onto internet, buy stocks and save for retirement.

Buy TD - Toronto Dominion Bank. TD owns Waterhouse Securities and majority share of discount brokerage business worldwide.

only tricky part about holding a short position is
that the stock is now in the range where they'd announce
another split.

Yeah, I bought too may puts the first time. I would do it again today, but that would hurt too much if they announced a split. Good luck to the shorts and people buying puts today. Will take a pretty good retrace for me to be even.
