Ahh... you're talking hard time here. As in inside trading. Even though Wired is no WSJ, I'm sure their reporters sign disclosure and conflicts of interest clauses. I know they do in the bigger journalism houses.

2) There could be close connections among former and disgruntled Zulu staff who got miffed and nixed in Zulu's long-range corporate reorg plans.

This is what I think is going on, trying to fan the flames of what is probably real dirt hiding behind some of the characters.

3) They wanted me to lose money because I'm still one of the 'little guys' in the investment scheme of things.

Of course! They're shooting us all down from behind their grassy knolls :-)
