AMCC, AMCC is probably trading just about where it should. It may go up to $25 range but I do not expect it to become a high roller like Vitesse for several reasons. The most important one is that it is already squeezing margins and may not be able to show the kind of growth and earnings to catch the wave to P/E of 50. The parts Vitesse had announced for the 2.4G ATM/SONET/SDH are the 8023/8024 chip set. Vitesse has other offerings in the 16bit Mux/Demux though.
