That is a lot shares. More than 10% of the shares outstanding. Now, if they get the support of JNJ, they can take control of the company. The question is are they with JNJ or AMLN? Very interesting. It is still hard to believe JNJ gave up everything without even trying to make AMLN do something their way. Maybe Wellington is with AMLN but not JNJ. I guess we will never know. "Surprised" the company said, I start to wonder.
