Either, Michael wants to speed up the process of earnings releases, or they have good news, or they want the earnings to run with the Form 10-K.

And you are right that that they will have to tell us in the 10-K who any significant customers are. Are you guessing than that the Conference Call will also be giving us an improved estimate, or just disclosure about the ordering patterns of this big customer?

Dennis

Gary,

I find it unusual that ASND will be filing its 10K on or about April 9. Annual reports on Form 10-K are required to be filed within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year which for ASND will be no later than March 31. Automatic extensions of due dates of periodic reports are available (up to 5 calendar days for quarterly reports and up to 15 calendar days for annual reports) if all or any portion of the report cannot be filed timely without unreasonable effort or expense. I'm curious as to the reasons for delaying the filing of the 10-K. (conformity with the date of the 1st qtr press release is not a justifiable event for a delay). Hopefully Michael or Bernie will call back and better explain this.
