I think much of the money will be raised from warrants. They get an investment bank to front them, and, for a very large fee, they pay them back from the issuance of warrants.

My baseball coach was my math teacher--automatic C for a grade--and I never learned my numbers well. Is this a plausible possibility, that warrants could raise some of this money? This coupled with another venture capitalist in the background?

I think we should assume that this can be done and that very soon there will be a whole new look to internet advertising, and we will be at the table.
