I know at one time last May, the SEC showed some interest in obtaining information on our friendly moderator of the Waaco Kid Forum but I haven't heard anything further about the subject. I also remember being told by this "moderator" that the investigation of GIFS had been been transferred to the FBI and DEA and so far as he was aware, he was not the focus of an SEC investigation. How about it Ken?? Can you elaborate just which agencies are investigating our "friend" Mo?? Just curious which agency has lead agency jurisdiction in this case. Regards, Ron
