Carl - further to my previous post:
I would put a strong buy recommendation on KRY at anything under CDN$4.50. My personal risk analysis/tolerance puts KRY at US$1.00
as is with a downspike of .50-.75 without confirmed material developments - the timing of this downspike is related to a direct loss of rights in the CSJ for LC4/6 without confirmed, mitigating news. Initial upside also depends on a material positive ruling that gives KRY the mine with full valuation grinding north with POG, positive promotional efforts by KRY and a clear business plan and/or takeout of either the co. or the property. At this point it is indeterminate at best. All of the numbers floating around are of no value without more substantive information but analysis indicates that the wait is worth it over time - at least at this point.

regards,
am

Alan, the morality we are discussing here vis-a-vis Mr. Asensio is not one of cold hard business tactics. I saw "Wall Street" too and I loved it! What we ARE talking about here is an individual who skirts the edges of the law and uses SLANDER, FRAUD and DECEIT as his primary weapons of choice. There IS a moral issue here and it is not one of a simple "we're the good guys and they're the bad guys" type of issue. It is not one of "we're trying to play fair and they're playing hardball".

To bend (yes, even break) the law in order to further your own financial gains at the expense of others IS a moral issue which needs to be discussed.
