By responding to the bankruptcy petition, and not fighting it's legality, Mr Aharoni is clearly trying tpo do just what you suggest he do.. He could have the whole thing thrown out, due to Statute of Limitations, as well as the fact that it is unenforcable due to jurisdiction. The occurrance happened in another country. I believe Mr Aharoni is, in fact, attempting to clear the matter up once and for all.

After Five Years, there is no need to file. Bankruptcy is irrelevant to
Actrade's fundamentals or future performance.

Why are customers using the TAD? Etc.
