AT&T/MCI Merger may not go through. Anti-trust (CNBC today). IMHO I don't think that this stock is ready to break, yet. It needs some really irrefutable bad news to start. or, maybe, just maybe, some end of quarter profit taking and window dressing to start the institutions selling and try to beat each other out the door.
