Just spoke to the PR company, World Vision. I am told DGIV believes their stock is considerable undervalued. They have announced a stock buyback of 1.5MM, 50K of which they purchased yesterday. I have heard the news you speak of should be out later this week.

Mr. Langford, do tell. But remember that substantiated rumors are the best for any stock price.
