I covered my YHOO short at the pullback to 85 5/8, for a massive loss.

Perhaps my covering will spark the instant collapse to $5/share. I wouldn't be surprised, as that's my luck.

However, I expect YHOO to resume its climb, and break 100. They may announce a split, which would especially facilitate this. I will perhaps reshort at some later point, but having already failed to successfully short this company on several occasions, I may instead strike it from my trading list. It seems to be much easier to short stocks that have problems other than extreme overvaluation, such as the allegations against AVNT, ZONA, BFIT, WDRY.

>>Yes! this suckers will break down [internet stocks] and so will BFIT!<<

Pancho, BFIT will break down, and when it does I hope to be on board. What holds me back now is that it is still benefitting from analyst upgrades. The analysts will eventually be proven wrong, but in the meantime the upgrades add to the euphoria surrounding the stock. In the circumstances, shorting it is premature, IMO. When the first analyst hedges his bet, then it will become a very interesting short.

Zacks has made his millions on the back of a simple model based on the momentum of upgrades and downgrades.
