This is conjecture on my part, but this is one way to raise a lot of capital in a short period of time. Via an investment banker you establish a warrant system as follows:

ZULUA (common shares)
ZULUW (A-warrants)
ZULUZ (B-warrants)
ZULUU (units of all three above)

Bank puts up the money, the warrants get sold, bank gets paid back, plus a fee (Ha!). Couple this concept with another investor with deep pockets and maybe a few other moves, and you've got a sizeable chunk of money. How much? I wouldn't venture to guess. Numbers ain't my game, unfortunately.
