Zman, You are right. Patents are certainly enforcable by law. Ultimately, the true strength of the patent, as well as it's real worth, will be decided first time it is tested in a court case. When pink says it's worthless, he's saying more nonsense. It will not have a true value until someone infringes on it, and the courts make a decision as to the settlement. Most companies would rather pay the royalties than spend millions fighting in court, only to get hit with more millions worth of fines, and still have to pay the royalties.
