I agree whole-heartedly.

Kugler and I have had our disagreements, and I'm definitely not a fan of his style, but it's been my experience that the information presented by those who disagree with me (or who have problems with a stock I favor) is many times more valuable to me than that presented by those who agree with me.

Couldn't agree with you more. A couple of months ago I briefly followed the IFCI thread. There was a guy--x-files--posting very useful information there. This was NOT stuff that would make you want to buy the stock (on the contrary) but it certainly wasn't rumor or hype, either: it was all drawn from SEC filings. You know the sort of thing: Reg-S deals, zillions of warrants, even more options, loans to company officers, the whole nine yards. As so often happens, this quite reasonable messenger was crucified by the longs.

I don't think anyone tried to turn him in, but he eventually lost interest, not surprisingly.

Of course your opinion is the right one ! I happen to share it.

Per your remarks concerning harassment, etc. and the topic of this thread, I would like to point out that Pugs is correct, Mike Kugler posted to the RMIL thread many times. He posted information that disputed Riley and Pugs contention that OLPV/OVIS/RMIL was not a company whose PR could be believed. The SEC agreed and the stock has now been halted since Dec. 22.

In retaliation for posting information that proved in every instance to be true, Pugs and Riley reported Kugler to the SEC, NASD and SI. They contacted the home office of his company, his compliance officer, his supervisor and his co-workers. They tied up the office fax machine by sendingt SI posts so that customers could not get through. They posted the names of people in his company. It was at this point that Mike and his company agreed it was too risky to keep posting. Riley and Pugs that they had his phones tapped, and videoed him. They "reported" him to the John Denver fan club, for telling a joke and suggested the members send him hate mail, which of course they did. Don't know that they've been warned...

>>That does not of course include SEC violations, (but it doesn't look like there were any of those), distracting name calling, threats and harassment. <<<
