The company said however it remains committed to the expansion of its lithography operations' production capacity, and believes Micrascan's current and future deployment for the global market will continue. These seem to be the highlights of the bad news/good news story on SVGI. The increased production capacity looks like they are getting ready to sell them in the months ahead. Baird
