I watched the segment on Internet stocks on CNBC this AM--many of the Internet companies have yet to make a profit and with technology changing so rapidly, who knows what is in store next year let alone two years from now. Investors are buying the "potential"--how can you put a valuation on that? The same holds true for Tava--we are buying the potential, but there is a core business seperate from y2k that will benefit from the y2k client base. Also, new products are currently being developed to carry us beyond the year 2000. BTW, spoke to Fred Betz re: warrants. He was very tight lipped, said no decision has been made as to when and if they will be called. I thought they would be called immediately, don't know what's going on. Jan
