Tom: you are very welcome. And thank you for the confidence in the future of China and the region.

The magazine also has a short piece on Zhu RongJi, although nothing new. It is kind of interesting. My elder sister used to work in the same office with Zhu when he was in LangFang, HeBei Province (about 80 miles from Beijing) around mid-1970s. He was a supervisor of an accounting section in a subdivision of the Ministry of Petroleum at that time. I think his experience in the grass-root, including the experience as an "underdog", really benefits him a lot, and it makes his feet always on the ground.

No matter what others say about Chinese system and Chinese government, just the fact that some very talented people like Zhu, and Qian QiShen, and Wu Yi, to name a few, are part of the current leadership brings me the hope.

Wish you the best.
